Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead procurement for raw materials, casting components, and machine shop tooling.
    • Develop, audit, and manage relationships with suppliers, foundries, and machine shops.
    • Utilize ERP systems to manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and material planning (MRP).
    • Execute cost reduction strategies and negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines.
    • Coordinate with Quality and Production teams to ensure compliance with automotive standards (e.g., IATF 16949).
    Required Qualifications & Skills:
    • Experience: 1015 years in Automotive Manufacturing / Heavy Engineering procurement.
    • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Casting processes and Machine Shop operations.
    • Tools: Strong working proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems.
    • Skills: Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
    • Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
