Job Description

    • Coordinate all purchase-related activities as instructed by the Head Office (HO) and Plant Management.
    • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
    • Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
    • Maintain purchase records and ensure timely procurement of materials.
    • Coordinate with different departments to fulfill material requirements.
    • Verify invoices and supporting documents before forwarding them for payment.
    • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
    • Accounts related work such as cash deposit, cheque deposit
    • All other work given by management time to time.
