If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job Title QA - Expertise Manual Testing with Automation (Selenium) - Pune LocationQuality Assurance EngineeringWhat does a successful Quality Assurance Engineering doQuality Assurance Engineer work closely with the Business Unit (BU) to understand the requirements, prepare Test Scenarios, Test cases/Test Scripts and Execute the Test cases/Test Scripts. Should be capable to support Go-Live and Post-Production events.What You will do:Works with QA - team on short to long-term software Testing projects.Decompose requirements and develop test automation scripts for projects of simple to high complexity including both functional and interoperability.Practices automation development efficiency, maintainability, and reusabilityDevelops automation scripts according to the coding standards and debugs scripts developed by team peers.Participates in technical review meetings and automation framework enhancement forums and demonstrate the work independently with minimal supervision.Understanding/Customizing the requirement and prepare the automated solution using existing framework and make changes to adapt to new requirements.Having profession knowledge in CI/CD integration.Report and track defects in a timely manner during test execution.Work independently with minimum guidance & provide solution on the automation Framework to the Peers.What you will need to have:Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in computer science or related discipline preferred.4-12 years of experience in software testing.Basic SQL & Product Installation knowledgeExperience in Automation (Java and Selenium) Required SkillsGood knowledge of SDLC and QA practices and Hands-on exposureExposure to Online Banking DomainHands-on in functional, regression, Automation TestingExposure to QA tools (Bug Tracking, Test Management, Script Management, etc)Experience on creating test cases, test scripts and execute themExposure to Metrics (Defect, Test Execution), status reports and exit reports)Participate in all design reviews, test case reviews, interaction with BU, clients and stakeholdersGood to haveCertification (Desired): ISTQB AdvancedPrior experience in Payments or Banking and Finance domain in general.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
