As a Anyone Home Quality Analyst you will be responsible for managing the BPO team consisting 5-10 members. Conducting quality audits and maintaining various quality reports related to customer-service representatives interaction with clients. You will be primarily focused on a nalyzing customer calls (voice analytics), emails, and chat scripts.
