Job Description

    Responsibilities
    • Work with the Ops &Training team and take responsibility for offering the customers. The highest functional quality services.
    • Identify the knowledge gaps, process gaps & Language gaps and ensure documentation of the work flow process as per ISO
    • Calibration with OPS/Training/Clients
    • Ensuring the team to adherence to the laid down documented procedures
    • Preparation of Service Quality Plans, Process mapping, De-risking processes based on FMEA
    • Liaison with OPS / HR / Training/Technology.
    • To give inputs to the suggested Process design.
