Our vision is to build scientifically formulated products that deliver real health benefits while maintaining the highest quality standards.Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end development of innovative nutraceutical products. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ingredients, formulations, regulatory requirements, and vendor management, along with the ability to convert ideas into commercially successful products.Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end product development from concept to commercial launch.
    • Research market trends, consumer needs, and emerging nutraceutical ingredients.
    • Develop innovative formulations for wellness shots and other future products.
    • Identify, evaluate, and coordinate with manufacturers and raw material suppliers.
    • Collect and evaluate product samples and conduct product benchmarking.
    • Work closely with manufacturing partners to optimize formulations and production.
    • Coordinate stability testing, product validation, and quality assessments.
    • Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other applicable regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare product specifications, technical documents, and formulation records.
    • Coordinate with marketing, design, procurement, and operations teams during product launches.
    • Manage product development timelines and ensure timely execution.
    • Continuously identify opportunities to improve product quality while reducing development costs.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Any Degree
    • 5-6 years of experience in nutraceutical or functional food product development.
    • Experience in developing dietary supplements, functional beverages, wellness shots, or similar products.
    • Strong knowledge of nutraceutical ingredients, formulation science, and regulatory requirements.
    • Experience working with third-party manufacturers (contract manufacturing) is preferred.
