Job Description

    R&D Specialists - Coatings & Product DevelopmentLocation: PuneKey Responsibilities
    • Develop and formulate water-based and solvent-based coatings/paints as per customer requirements and market trends, while independently handling R&D projects.
    • Work on coating formulations based on Acrylic, Epoxy, Polyurethane (PU), Vinyl and Phenolic chemistries.
    • Drive new product development, product improvement and functional coating development, including raw material evaluation and cost optimization.
    • Manage quality testing, specifications, SOPs and test methods for raw materials and finished coating products, including coating, flooring and composite testing.
    • Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing, conduct customer demonstrations and application trials, and support customer approval/troubleshooting.
    • Support scale-up from R&D to pilot and production, including alternate vendor development, cost-effective raw-material selection and production transfer.
    Experience:8 years in relevant Coatings/Paint/Polymer R&D.Qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in Chemical / Paint Technology.Interested candidate may share their updated CV to hidden_email
