    Hiring R2R Accountant | General Ledger & SAP | 24 Years | 6 LPA | Night Shift | Pune | Immediate Joiners Job Description (JD)Position: R2R Accountant (General Ledger & SAP) Location: Pune Experience: 2 to 4 Years CTC: Up to 6 LPA Shift: Night Shift Joining: Immediate / 015 Days Role OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented R2R Accountant with strong expertise in General Ledger and SAP. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Key Responsibilities
    • Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting activities
    • Perform journal entries and adjustments
    • Handle balance sheet reconciliations
    • Execute month-end closing and reporting activities
    • Manage accruals and variance analysis
    • Work on fixed asset accounting
    • Support inventory accounting & standard costing (basic level)
    • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of reports
    Skills Required
    • 2 years of experience in R2R / General Ledger accounting
    • Hands-on experience with ERP SAP (Mandatory)
    • Strong knowledge of journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
    • Good communication skills (written & verbal)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
