Job Description

    Primary Responsibilty:We are seeking a skilled React JS Developer to join our team, responsible for adapting and optimizing React Native components and logic into a fully functional and responsive web application using React JS. The ideal candidate will have experience working with both React Native and React JS, with a deep understanding of web development practices, and a passion for building high-performance user interfaces.Key Responsibilities:
    • Convert and adapt React Native components and logic into React JS for web-based applications.
    • Ensure the web application is fully responsive, scalable, and compatible across various browsers and devices.
    • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and other developers to ensure seamless integration of designs and functionality.
    • Optimize components for maximum performance, speed, and scalability.
    • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the application to ensure optimal performance.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding best practices.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
    • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in React JS development.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Strong proficiency in React JS and JavaScript (ES6).
    • Experience with React Native and the ability to adapt and reuse components between web and mobile platforms.
    • Familiarity with state management tools like Redux or Context API.
    • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
    • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
    • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
    • Good understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with TypeScript.
    • Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices.
    • Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
