Job Description

    1) To provide receptionist and front office duties in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.2) Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets. Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution.3) Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses in telephone responses. Ensure personal preventability and dress in the assigned uniform.4) Receive, inform, guide visitors, including coordination with employees. Responsible for maintaining telephone registers, including call tracking.5) Preparation of a database of client contacts and updating. Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the front office.6) Manage inventory within the front office, ensuring that supplies are adequately stocked and reordering as needed.7) Oversee the purchase of stationery supplies for the office and allocate them to different departments or employees as required.8) Coordination to facilitate printing tasks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of printed materials to the stakeholders.9) Finding vendors for office needs. Maintaining Expense sheet of sales team. Keeping record of Day to Day and monthly expenses.10) Sharing details for Rent and electricity bill payment. Sharing PCF with concerned departments. File maintenance-Admin & HR11) Handling month end activities and events as required. Preparing project details as required. (When needed)12) Stock maintenance (stationary and housekeeping materials) Daily follow up for required things. All the Festivities (Decoration, purchasing, coordinating-Single handed)13) IT Coordination as required (Internet issue over the VC) Google sheet Maintenance (Office assets, Seat Allotment, Employee list, Zone wise list, Asset Mapping) Other tasks as required (Office opening/Closing etc
