Job Description

1. Account Monitoring: Regularly review tenant accounts to identify overdue rents and initiate appropriaterecovery processes.2. Tenant Communication: Reach out to tenants via phone, email, and in-person meetings to address paymentissues and explore viable solutions. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all communications.3. Negotiation of Payment Plans: Collaborate with tenants to negotiate feasible payment plans and settlements thatfacilitate timely rent collection while considering tenant circumstances.4. Notice Preparation: Prepare and issue notices of overdue rent in compliance with local laws andcompany policies, ensuring all legal requirements are met.5. Legal Coordination: Liaise with local police and legal representatives to coordinate responses to anylegal issues related to overdue rents and recovery actions.6. Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure all system updates related to tenantaccounts and payment statuses are accurately reflected.
