Job Description

    As a Recruiter at AMS, you will play a crucial role in redefining the world of talent by assisting Hiring Managers in filling open positions with expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. Your key responsibilities will include:- Building and maintaining trusted partner relationships with hiring managers/Talent Acquisition Managers- Monitoring funnel metrics in partnership with Sourcing to address bottlenecks in advance- Delivering recruitment services in accordance with contractual obligations and client service level agreements- Tracking changes to candidates status and requisition updates in real-time in all relevant systemsTo excel in this role, you should demonstrate proficiency in prioritization and capacity management, rapport building, stakeholder partnering, taking and modeling responsibility, and partnering with colleagues.
