Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Non IT Recruiter specializing in the service industry. If you have 2 years of recruiting experience, hold an MBA in Human Resources, and are passionate about finding top talent, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source, screen, and assess candidates using various recruiting tools and methods.
    • Conduct interviews and facilitate the selection process, ensuring the best fit for both the role and the company culture.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by networking, attending events, and utilizing online platforms.
    • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
    Requirements:
    • 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the service industry.Male preferred.
    • MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software and tools.
