The role focuses on accident prevention, hazard identification, and compliance with workplace safety regulations. Key Responsibilities
    • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, EHS standards, and legal requirements.
    • Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and safety audits.
    • Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees and contractors.
    • Conduct safety induction and training programs for employees.
    • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases and prepare reports.
    • Coordinate fire safety drills, emergency response activities, and evacuation procedures.
    • Maintain safety records, permits, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
    • Monitor machine guarding, electrical safety, work-at-height activities, and contractor safety.
    • Promote awareness of safe work practices and continuous safety improvement.
    Required Qualifications
    • Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Engineering or related field.
    • Diploma or Certification in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or EHS.
    • 25 years of experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial safety operations.
    • Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency management.
