Your primary focus will be on promoting Micro LAP / Small Business Loans - Secured products in the local geographies. Additionally, you will leverage your experience to strengthen our DSA (Direct Selling Agent) and Business Connector network.Key Responsibilities:Business Origination:Identify and explore opportunities to promote Micro LAP / Small Business Loans - Secured in the local market.Achieve business targets by acquiring new customers and increasing the loan portfolioCustomer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.Provide personalized assistance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.DSA / Business Connector Network Management:Develop and manage a robust DSA and Connector network for efficient lead generation and business growth.Train and educate DSAs on the companys products, policies, technology and processes.Loan Processing:Facilitate the loan application process from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal teams for smooth documentation and disbursement processes.Market Research:Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes affecting the Micro LAP / Small Business Loans - Secured segment.Provide insights to the management for product enhancements and strategy development.Reporting:Generate regular reports on business performance, DSA activities, and market feedback.Present findings to the management for strategic decision-making.Compliance and Risk Management:Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with loan applications.Qualification:Bachelors degree in finance, business, or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an NBFC.Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.In-depth knowledge of Micro LAP / Small Business Loans - Secured products.Strong understanding of local market dynamics.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team of DSAs / ConnectorsInterested candidates please share your profiles toneha@oboxhr.com
