    Job descriptionWe are looking for a Ruby on Rails developer with 3-5 years of experience whose primary focus will be development of all server-side logic and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Skills Required Proven working experience in developing applications with Ruby on Rails with Postgresql database. Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS JQuery. Experience developing highly interactive applications. A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design. Passion for writing great, simple, clean, efficient code. Design robust, scalable and secure features. Contribute in all phases of the development life cycle. Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards). Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design.
