    Dear All,We are Looking Immediate Joiner candidates for RSA Archer Developer in Leading banking client in Pune location.Payroll : QuessPosition : C2H ( Contract to Hire )Location : Pune Experience : 7 to 10 YearsRel Exp : 4 Years ( Mand )Notice period : Immediate Joiners onlyWork Mode : HybridInterview Mode : Virtual ( 2 rounds of interview )Shift Timing : 10.30 am to 7.30 pmSkills : RSA Archer Development, Integration, Expert Scripting and ProgrammingJD :Must Have Skills : (4 years of experience in each must have skills) 4-10 years of extensive work experience in Archer development within Risk and compliance business. Strong understanding of Archer development environment: Application Builder, Efficient Form Design, Record/Application Access, Calculated Fields, Data-Driven Events, Notification Workflow, Advanced Workflow, Calculated Fields. An understanding of Archer back office functionality: Access Control, Appearance, Application Builder(Applications, ODAs, Solutions, Workspace, Data Feed, Data Import, Questionnaire, Campaigns, Packaging etc. ), Integration, Management Reporting, Notifications, Workspaces and Dashboards. Implementation for various Data feeds to ingest files from various resources to Archer for process automation. Good understanding of Archer cloud version . Knowledge of Risk Management, Threat , Vendor , Business Continuity and Compliance, with solid understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC). Perform data imports and data migration to the Archer tool as and when required ensuring data is accurate and valid. Coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders on the implementation of updated workflows including any tech Identify, analyze and solve complex configuration issues that impact the performance of the tool. Good hand on experience on scripting/programming language with strong hold in API integration. Hands on experience in API integration SOAP or Rest is important. Self-motivated to initiate actions and be responsible for consequent decisions. Strong analytical, design thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong written/verbal communications skills.
