Job Description

    Job description
    • Maintain high safety standards of the company projects through the HSE policies and programs in coordination with the divisions heads and project managers, contractors head &and contractors safety representative ensures regular compliance with these policies and manuals.
    • Assist Management in effective implementation of approved safety process, Plans and HSE procedures.
    • Control action for incident prevention & development and implementation.
    • Implementing statutory need of safety at construction project.
    • Developed safety procedures for use of heavy construction equipment cranes, Hydra etc.
    • Preparing HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) plan for the project as per the contract requirement
    • Provides advice and consultation to assist staff & contractor in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with regulations, standards and practices.
    • Assists the Head HSE in the enforcement of HSE policies, procedures & guidelines.
    • Identify any concern/abnormalities / deviations in housekeeping, spills and HSE violations and report to Management.
    • To render advice on measures to be adopted for removing unsafe physical conditions and preventing unsafe actions by workers.
