Job Description

    Urgent Hiring for Sr. Sales Engineer (Pune)Job Title: Senior Sales EngineerLocation: PuneExperience- 3 yearsCtc- upto 10 LpaWorking Days 6 days (2nd & 4th sat off)Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Engineer to drive sales, support customers with technical expertise, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation, noise & vibration analysis, and engineering solutions.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage end-to-end sales activities to achieve business targets.
    • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
    • Identify new business opportunities and support business expansion.
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality service support.
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
    Required Skills & Competencies
    • Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Sales skills.
    • Background in Instrumentation, Noise, and Vibration (Preferred).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain productive client relationships.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in engineering or technology industry.
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.
    • Experience in Instrumentation, Data Acquisition Systems, Noise & Vibration is highly preferred.
