Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients for real estate or visualization products/services.
• Conduct field visits to showcase products and explain solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to optimize sales strategies.
Key Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to influence decision-making.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
Experience:
• 5 years in sales, preferably in real estate or visualization. Fresh MBA graduates with a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
