Job Description

    1) Market Research & Analysis - Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing and competitor offerings . Analyze customer preferences and feedback to tailor marketing efforts2) Sales Activities - Engage with potential buyers or tenants, conduct property viewings, and provide detailed information about properties. Negotiate and close sales or leasing deals, ensuring a smooth process from initial inquiry to final agreement .3) Lead Generation & Management - Generate new leads through networking, online platforms, and real estate events. Follow up on enquiries , manage leads, and track sales opportunities.4) Property Promotion - Develop & Execute marketing campaigns to promote properties, including digital marketing, social media, print advertising and event.5) Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and developers. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied and informed throughout the buying or leasing process.
