Job Description

    Sales Executive RoleRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for an Inside National or International Sales Executive. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to national or international sales operations and will be responsible for making outbound & Inbound calls to potential customers, promoting credit card.Key Responsibilities of Domestic/International
    • Sales Generation:
    Actively pursue new sales leads and convert them into business through calls, emails, and other forms of communication within the domestic market. Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify prospects for suitable product/service offerings.
    • Client Relationship Management:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing domestic customers. Provide tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Sales Support:
    Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, sales proposals, and product presentations. Manage administrative tasks like order processing, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
    • Market Expansion:
    Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential markets in international regions. Develop sales strategies to target new international customers, keeping in mind the unique needs and cultural preferences of each market.
    • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
    Build relationships with international clients through emails, video calls, and occasional in-person meetings or travel. Manage the entire international sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
    • Negotiation and Deal Closure:
    Negotiate international contracts, pricing, and terms, while adhering to global market standards and regulations.
    • Sales Coordination:
    Work closely with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to fulfill international orders and ensure successful product delivery.Eligibility Criteria
    • Comfortable speaking in English
    • Candidate should be ok with working into Sales

    • Fresher/Experienced professionals, or individuals from specific educational backgrounds are eligible can apply
    Required Qualifications
    • 12th Pass & above can apply or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Understanding of national, international trade regulations, customs, and logistics.
    • Good in English (additional languages are a plus).
    Desired Skills
    • Experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
    • Strong negotiation, closing, and customer service skills.
    • Ability to adapt sales strategies for different regions, markets, and cultures.
    • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
