Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Executive AAC Blocks & Construction ChemicalsDepartment: AAC Blocks & Construction ChemicalsLocation: Pune & AhilyanagarAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in the AAC Blocks and Construction Chemicals segment. The role involves expanding dealer networks, increasing market share, and ensuring strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities
    • Drive sales volume and achieve revenue growth targets
    • Expand and strengthen dealer and distributor network
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
    • Identify new business opportunities and improve market share in assigned regions
    • Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Handle techno-commercial discussions with customers
    • Support pricing strategies and effectively close deals
    Reporting To
    • Business Head Sales
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline
    • MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred
    • 23 years of relevant experience in tile adhesive / construction materials industry
    • Total experience: Minimum 3 years
    Skills Required
    • Strong product knowledge (AAC, tile adhesive, plaster, etc.)
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Market analysis and strategic thinking ability
    • Techno-commercial understanding
    • Strong customer relationship management
    • Result-oriented and target-driven approach
    Selection Criteria (Essential)
    • 23 years of experience in tile adhesive or related products
    • Good knowledge of the assigned territory/location
    • Strong techno-commercial skills
    Desirable Skills
    • Understanding of AAC blocks, tile adhesives, and plaster applications
    • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
    • Strong deal-closing and pricing negotiation skills
    • Ability to identify market trends and competitor strategies
    Compensation & Benefits
    • CTC: Up to 6,00,000 per annum
    • Travelling Allowance provided
