Job Description

    Were Hiring: Sales Executive B2G (Defence & Government Procurement)Department: B2G (Business to Government) Industry: UAV / Drone / Electronics / Defence Experience: 12 Years (Government / Defence Sales) Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electronics / Mechanical / Robotics / Aerospace preferred)Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive B2G (Defence) to manage key defence accounts, drive customer acquisition, and expand product pipeline growth across drone components, assembled drones, drone kits, and indigenous UAV solutions.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Government procurement systems, including the GeM Portal, defence procurement procedures, and tender processes.Compensation & Benefits

    Key ResponsibilitiesDefence Account Management
    • Manage key defence clients including Army, Navy, Air Force, DRDO labs, and Defence PSUs
    • Build relationships with procurement and technical teams
    • Understand requirements and propose suitable UAV/drone solutions
    • Coordinate with internal R&D and procurement teams
    Government Procurement & GeM
    • Handle end-to-end GeM Portal operations
    • Guide clients on procurement methods such as Direct Purchase, L1, Custom Bid, and BOQ
    • Support tender participation, OEM documentation, and compliance
    • Track tenders and identify new opportunities
    • Coordinate pricing strategy and submissions
    Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management
    • Identify and onboard new government and defence clients
    • Maintain CRM and structured customer database
    • Build long-term relationships
    • Conduct site visits and product demonstrations
    • Represent the company at defence expos and industry events
    Product Pipeline Development
    • Promote drone components and subsystems
    • Promote assembled drones and drone development kits
    • Promote indigenous UAV products
    • Understand product applications and use-cases
    • Work with product and technical teams to align market demand
    Required Skills
    • Strong knowledge of GeM Portal
    • Understanding of Government tender processes
    • Knowledge of defence procurement ecosystem
    • Knowledge of UAV/Drone technology preferred
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Willingness to travel
    • Good documentation and reporting skills
    Preferred Experience
    • Experience with Defence PSUs / DRDO / Armed Forces
    • Exposure to UAV/Drone industry
    • Experience in tender bidding and compliance documentation
    • Understanding of Make in India / Indigenous product positioning
