Strategic Sales Planning:Develop and implement long-term sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.Set and monitor national sales targets and KPIs for the team.Build strategies for Gap Analysis2. Revenue Growth:Achieve and exceed company-wide revenue and profitability targets.Identify new market opportunities and drive product penetration in untapped sectors.3. Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop regional sales teams to improve performance and retention.Ensure the team adheres to sales processes, compliance, and company values.4. Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry leaders.5.
