Job Description

    Role & Responsibilities
    • Oversee the development and management of franchises across Maharashtra
    • Maintain and support relationships with existing franchise partners.
    • Appoint new Master Franchisees and Insurance Shop Franchisees.
    • Oversee business operations involving Point of Sale persons (POSP) and telecallers.
    • Collaborate with partners to drive business development and streamline processes.
    Preferred Candidate Profile
    • Graduate in any field.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in the general insurance industry within the relevant
    • markets.
    • Proven experience working with large insurance agents, preferably in general
    • insurance.
    • Willingness to travel extensively.
    • Experience in Motor Insurance agency channel
