Job Description

Key Responsibilities --Should have Min 2 yearsexperience inAffordableLAP.-Ticked Size - 30 Lac and above.-Sourcing leads through DSA.-Internal coordination with thecredit and operations department for file sanctioning and disbursement.-Providing the best possible services to the clients from login to disbursement as well as in documentation etc.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the growth of LAP products.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, real estate developers, and financial institutions.Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new business opportunities.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
