Organization of Tech Shows, Tech Reviews, and fairs for these OEMs and TIERs.Acquisition of new business for these OEMs.Project management, realization and execution of new/strategic programs.Pro- active market analysis, including information about customers, competitors, and suppliers.General customer service and proactive customer approach for all involved customers for the appointed OEMs as customer window .Technical support to BHSG s customers for these projects.Product development activities support for new products and co- ordination with BHSG s development & application engineering experts and the global sales teams.Supporting the global sales team for annual strategy planning, budget planning and forecasting, improve customer s forecast and ordering behavior.Improvement of customer scheduling efficiency, knowledge base, short term action plans for after sales services and overdue payment cycles.Providing after sales service for all series production businesses including verification of claims and techno- commercial support required in addition to recording and tracking of potential customer claimsJob RequirementsBachelors degree in Engineering (Preference: Plastics / Polymer / Textile)10- 12 years of experience with demonstrated success regarding development projects and large- scale series production in the automotive and/or automotive ancillary industryShould have sound knowledge of plastic materials, processes and applications. Should also have awareness on tool and product design for plastic products.Independently working skills to acquire new projectsExcellent written and oral communication skills in a highly international and intercultural environmentExperiences in project management within a global matrix organizationReliable knowledge of data processing MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint).
