Job Description

    Position: Sales Manager / BDMExperience: 8-10 yearsAge: Up to 45 yearsQualification: Graduate / PostgraduateShift Timing: 10-hour shiftWorking Days: 6 daysIndustry: FMCG / Horeco onlySalary: 40-50kGender: MaleTravel: VariesOffice Reporting: DailyRoles & Responsibilities:
    1. Generate new business leads and convert both new and existing leads into successful sales.
    2. Cultivate strong relationships with current clients to ensure excellent client servicing.
    3. Analyze competitors and explore strategies to improve customer retention.
    4. Schedule regular client meetings to maintain high satisfaction levels.
    5. Develop plans to address and meet client servicing needs.
    6. Focus on customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
    7. Act as the main point of contact for customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
    8. Assist in the recruitment of sales executives.
    9. Oversee the training and performance management of sales executives.
    10. Manage and lead a team of associates and executives, making decisions for the department.
    11. Set sales targets for the business and assign them to the team.
