Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our commercial equipment sales division. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing team, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
    • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
    • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports

    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support
