Job Description

    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, andbusiness growth targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure,industrial, and real estate sectors. Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, consultants, andproject managers. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and annualsales targets. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends andopportunities. Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients. Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely projectexecution and customer satisfaction. Monitor client payments, collections, and outstanding dues to maintain healthy cashflow. Ensure compliance with scaffolding safety standards and industry regulations. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business performance updates tosenior management. Maintain long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 3 -5 years of experience in scaffolding, construction equipment, or Constructionmaterial.
