Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Manager (Home Loans & Mortgage Products)As a Sales Manager for home loans and other mortgage products, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer acquisition, and ensuring a smooth loan process from application to disbursement. Your focus will be on achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and mortgage sectors.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and related mortgage products.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market to drive growth.
    • Lead Generation: Develop and nurture relationships with real estate developers, property agents, and connectors to generate a consistent stream of leads.
    2. Customer Acquisition:
    • Identify Prospects: Identify and assess potential customers, understanding their financial needs to present suitable home loan solutions.
    • Direct Sales Activities: Actively participate in sales activities such as client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely conversion of prospects into customers.
    3. Relationship Management:
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and sustain relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients.
    • Query Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and work with internal teams to resolve issues, ensuring the timely disbursement of loans.
    4. Loan Processing Coordination:
    • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including credit, risk, and operations, to ensure efficient loan approvals and disbursements.
    • Documentation Compliance: Ensure that all customer documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards.
    • Problem-Solving: Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
    Key Skills & Competencies:
    • Sales-Driven: Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a deep understanding of home loan products and customer needs.
    • Customer Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate developers, and brokers.
    • Financial Knowledge: Sound understanding of mortgage products, home loan processes, and financial assessments.
    • Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong negotiation skills to drive deals to closure while maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and internal teams effectively.
    • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues proactively, ensuring a seamless loan process for customers.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Proven experience in sales within the mortgage or financial services industry, preferably in home loans or related products.
    • Strong network within the real estate sector and experience working with property developers, agents, and brokers.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
    • Knowledge of loan processing and compliance regulations.
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets for home loans.
    • Conversion rate of leads into closed loans.
    • Customer satisfaction scores and timely loan disbursement.
    • Effective management of the sales pipeline and timely follow-ups.
