Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Manager (Home Loans & Mortgage Products)Location: Pune, Kolhapur, NashikAs a Sales Manager for home loans and other mortgage products, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring new customers and ensuring a seamless loan process from start to finish. Your main goal will be to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and mortgage products.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market, focusing on growth and expansion.
    • Lead Generation: Cultivate relationships with real estate developers, property agents, and other partners to generate consistent, high-quality leads.
    2. Customer Acquisition:
    • Identify Prospects: Assess potential customers financial needs to recommend the most appropriate home loan solutions.
    • Direct Sales Activities: Engage in direct sales activities, including client meetings, property visits, and negotiations, to close deals.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with regular follow-ups and ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers.
    3. Relationship Management:
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and other key industry players to foster long-term business partnerships.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan application process, addressing queries and issues promptly to ensure smooth loan disbursements.
    • Query Resolution: Resolve customer concerns by collaborating with internal teams, ensuring timely loan approvals and disbursements.
    4. Loan Processing Coordination:
    • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (credit, risk, and operations) to streamline the loan approval and disbursement processes.
    • Documentation Compliance: Ensure that all customer documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Problem-Solving: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve any issues that arise during the loan process.
    Key Skills & Competencies:
    • Sales-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a solid understanding of home loan products and customer needs.
    • Customer Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    • Financial Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, loan processes, and financial assessments.
    • Negotiation & Closing Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to drive deals to closure while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage both customers and internal teams.
    • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving issues and ensuring a smooth loan process for customers.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Proven experience in sales within the mortgage or financial services industry, particularly in home loans or related products.
    • Established network within the real estate sector, with experience working with property developers, agents, and brokers.
    • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing a sales pipeline effectively.
    • Knowledge of loan processing procedures and compliance regulations.
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets for home loans.
    • Lead conversion rate from prospects to closed loans.
    • Customer satisfaction levels and timely loan disbursement.
    • Efficient management of the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups.
