Job Description

    As a Business Development Executive at the company, your role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and market research. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and providing customized solutions to meet their business needs. Your key responsibilities include:- Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to showcase company offerings- Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure- Preparing and delivering sales proposals, quotations, and business presentations- Negotiating pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute lead generation and brand awareness campaigns- Following up with leads and prospects to maximize conversion opportunities- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities within the CRM system- Monitoring market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities- Building long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention- Generating regular sales reports and providing business performance insights to management- Representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, seminars, and networking opportunities when required- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and timely service deliveryQualifications required:- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales and lead generation- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Target-driven and customer-focused approachAbout the company:The company is a group of passionate technocrats working with niche technologies to provide solutions for managing information interactively and intelligently.
