Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for consumer durable products.- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.- Build relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.- Develop and maintain knowledge of competitors and market trends.Product Knowledge and Demonstration- Develop in-depth knowledge of consumer durable products, features, and benefits.- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers.- Stay updated on new product launches and promotions.Customer Service- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns.- Ensure timely delivery and installation of products.- Maintain customer records and follow up on sales.Requirements:- 1-2 years of sales experience in consumer durables (e.g., electronics, appliances).- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.- Basic knowledge of consumer durable products.
