Job Description

    Job Role: Sales Officer(offroll)Responsibilities:
    1. Install & Maintain EDC Machines: Set up and troubleshoot card swipe machines at merchant locations.
    2. Merchant Support: Help businesses understand how to use the EDC machine for accepting payments.
    3. Transaction Assistance: Ensure smooth payment processing and solve any transaction issues.
    4. Technical Troubleshooting: Fix connectivity, hardware, or software problems related to the device.
    5. Training Merchants: Teach store staff how to use the machine, generate reports, and handle refunds.
    6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of machine installations, service requests, and issues.
    Coordination with Banks & Teams: Work with banks or payment service providers to resolve payment failures or machine issues
