• Generate significant sales revenue by promoting company products and converting leads into sales.
• Become a product knowledge powerhouse, thoroughly understanding and articulating the features and benefits of allcompany product verticals (lighting)
• Enhance counter sales at dealer showrooms by employing effective sales techniques and exceeding sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers, guide them through the decision-making process, and convert their interest into confirmed sales.
• Train dealer staff oncompany products and equip them with the knowledge and sales skills to effectively promote our offerings.
• Manage and create visually appealingcompany product displays that showcase the brand & quality and innovation.
Job Specification:-Employment Type - Company Third PartySkills Required
• Exposure to sales, preferably in the building material, Furniture, consumer durable/Electronics or related industries.
• Ability to work with a team and to carry out assignments to completion within the expected timeline.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with a pleasing personality, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Concept selling and need creation skills.
