Job Description

    • The key responsibility of this role is to focus on customer relationship and customer servicing.
    • This is a field job, which requires extensive travel for your assigned geography and customers location.
    • You will be required to meet product mix targets specified as per organizations strategy
    • You are required to support customer on pre and post sales requirements (claim settlement etc.).
    • Since this is field job which requires travelling to partner or customer location, you may be required to buy two-wheele
    • Building a strong relationship with the Banking Partner
    • Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
    • Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
    • Providing pre and post sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
    • Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium)
    • Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms
