Job Description

As a Salesforce Architect at Red Hat, you will be responsible for delivering the technology strategy for Salesforce use, managing the overall technical structure and global configuration of Salesforce based on business strategy and needs. You will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with Red Hats overall objectives, provide solution options, and identify any issues leading to potential downstream impacts. Additionally, you will ensure platform health and agility to support current and future needs.**Key Responsibilities:**- Work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state technology architectures and roadmap- Understand potential opportunities and recommend solutions- Test hypotheses, setup and demo Salesforce functionality with business teams- Produce artifacts to guide technical teams towards meaningful business outcomes- Provide oversight for technical work and ensure platform standards are followed- Monitor and maintain platform health using performance KPIs- Maintain up-to-date documentation of current state architecture, data flows, and integrations- Act as technical tier 4 for unresolved inquiries within the role- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure regulatory and data compliance**Qualifications Required:**- 710 years of Salesforce Development or advanced admin experience with 3 years as an application/platform architect- Certifications: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Systems Architect- Strong experience implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud for Partner Relationship Management (PRM)- Extensive experience in complex compensation logic, rewards and incentive rules configuration for partners- Experience with Rebate Management and Loyalty management, Sales and Service Cloud- Expertise in Salesforce Flow design, integrations via Invocable objects, and BPMN-based business processes- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce governor limits- Applications development expertise: Integration Techniques/Patterns, Data Modeling/Patterns, Security Patterns- Effective interpersonal skills, ability to engage stakeholders and provide technical guidance- Understanding of agile development methodologiesRed Hat is the worlds leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, promoting an open and inclusive environment where creative ideas are welcomed.
