Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Core Developer with strong expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL), Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, integrations, automation, and scalable Salesforce solution design.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development & Customization
• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Build reusable components and scalable frameworks aligned with Salesforce best practices.
• Implement business logic using Apex Services, Queueable, Batch, and Scheduled Apex.
• Work on Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Optimize solutions for scalability, governor limits, maintainability, and security.
Sales Cloud Delivery
• Work on Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Implement Sales Processes, Approval Processes, Email Integrations, and pipeline automation.
• Build lead assignment rules, validations, quote approvals, and sales workflow automations.
Service Cloud Delivery
• Implement and enhance Case Management, Entitlements, SLAs, Omnichannel Routing, Queues, and Escalations.
• Develop Service Console enhancements and agent productivity tools.
• Build guided flows, LWCs, console utilities, and automation solutions.
Integration & Data Management
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Outbound Messaging.
• Work with OAuth/JWT authentication, Named Credentials, and External Services.
• Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, monitoring, and logging frameworks.
• Support data migration and large data volume (LDV) strategies.
Automation & DevOps
• Work with Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Apex-based automation.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Copado, or Gearset.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce secure coding standards.
Technical Leadership
• Guide and mentor developers and admins.
• Participate in solution design discussions, estimations, and risk analysis.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and runbooks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, Bulkification, LWC, Aura, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, FLS, CRUD, and Role Hierarchy.
• Experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration architecture.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
• Experience with Git, deployment tools, and CI/CD processes.
• Exposure to MuleSoft is an added advantage.
