    PS :- Please feel free to call if need further details.Job DescriptionTechno-Functional Consultant Salesforce SPM & SPIFFRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce SPM (Sales Performance Management) and SPIFF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund & Commission) platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical delivery owing end-to-end implementations from discovery through go-live and hyper-care. Consultant will work closely with Sales, Finance and HR stakeholders to design, configure, and integrate commission automation solutions that scale across Amdocs enterprise.Key Responsibilities
    • Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce SPM and SPIFF for salesforce implementation in Amdocs.
    • Translate complex incentive compensation plans (tiered, quota-based, KICKER, co-sell, SPIFFs) into scalable Salesforce configurations.
    • Conduct discovery workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR stakeholders.
    • Own functional design documents, solution design documents and test scripts for all compensation components.
    • Configure SPM objects: Compensation Plans, Incentive Rules, Quotas, Attainment Logic, Payment Schedules, Draw & Clawback policies.
    • Develop and review Apex classes, triggers, LWC components, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) supporting compensation workflows.
    • Design and implement data integrations between SPM and upstream/downstream systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, Billing).
    Functional Expertise
    • 7 years in Salesforce with 3 full-cycle SPM / ICM implementations (must have).
    • Deep knowledge of compensation models: quota attainment, accelerators, decelerators, SPIFFs, MBOs, team vs. individual splits.
    • Strong Sales Cloud knowledge (Opportunities, Products, Pricebooks, Territories).
    • Experience with commission dispute resolution and payment approval flows.
    • Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and Finance/GL alignment.
    • Skilled in writing FDDs, user stories, process flows, and data mapping sheets.
    Technical Expertise
    • Proficient in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable), SOQL/SOSL, and LWC.
    • Hands-on REST/SOAP API integrations for SPM data feeds (ERP sync, HRIS roster).
    • Experience with data migration tools: Data Loader, Informatica, MuleSoft, or NiFi.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce Flows and automation best practices.
    • Experience with native Salesforce Spiff plan design, rep-facing dashboards, estimate features.
    • Exposure to Revenue Cloud / CPQ and the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
    • Knowledge of Agentforce / Einstein AI use cases within Sales Performance workflows.
