Job Description

    Salesforce Senior Software Engineer (Qatar/Pune) 6 Years of experience Mandatory Skills: Agile Business Analyst Sales Cloud Salesforce Service CloudRequirement Specs: Should have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in end to end Salesforce implementation of Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. Strong Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Insurance Policies domain knowledge needed. Extraordinary skills needed to listen to the end-users demands and translate that to requirement/user stories. Should be able to translate business requirements to a language understandable by technical team members. Should have experience in Native & Customized reports. Should know the functionality end to end and be capable to train the end-users as needed. Should be able to prepare test cases along with the PO and Tester. Should also be experienced in preparing Release notes and other relevant documents in sync with the Product Owner. Should work more closely with the Product Owner and support the PO as needed. Hands-on knowledge of Digital experience platforms will be a key advantage. Duration of role is for 6 months.Job Responsibilities: Development, implementation and support of Enterprise Application Integration. Responsible for getting the user requirements from BA and develop appropriate configurations. Good experience in analyzing defects and providing appropriate solutions. Able to interact with multiple interface teams and ensure that the functionality is working end to end. Good communication & analytical skills. Ensuring high quality deliverables, working closely with cross functional teams in different time zones.
