Job Description

    Role Overview:You will provide software support for Arthrex HR Global systems, focusing primarily on SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Your responsibilities include obtaining a deep understanding of HR business processes, recommending solutions, benchmarking processes, participating in application analysis and configuration, providing end user support, shaping business requirements, and creating and executing manual test cases. You will also support user acceptance testing, resolve reported incidents, create necessary artifacts, and maintain operational documentation.Key Responsibilities:- Support and configure a hybrid HRIS environment with SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central- Gather and document requirements from end users in HR, explain system functionality, train users, and work with 3rd party vendors on interfaces- Update and maintain SAP Workbooks and follow HR IT change management practices- Demonstrate proficiency in cloud technology, including Software as a Service (SaaS)- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers- Participate in stakeholder discussions, escalate issues when necessary, and lead or participate in project delivery- Adhere to Quality System Procedures and Change Control- Participate as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for audits under management direction- Complete QA Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions in a timely mannerQualifications Required:- Bachelors or masters degree in CS/CE/IT from a premier technology institute- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience- Experience with SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralAdditional Details:This is an in-office position with a hybrid work schedule (2 days at home). You will be required to work from 9 am to 6 pm IST with flexibility to meet with colleagues from Munich, the U.S., and Singapore.,
