Role Overview:Sidel is undergoing a digital transformation journey to support business objectives, focusing on implementing a digital core based on SAP S4 Hana technology. As part of the Digital and Technology team, you will play a crucial role in driving this transformation and enhancing customer experiences. Join Sidel to build future digital capabilities and contribute to the companys growth.Key Responsibilities:- Define, document, and execute project plans across all phases.- Ensure formal project closure and capture lessons learned.- Provide effective leadership and coaching to project team members.- Develop and maintain realistic project plans, including quality, risk, and communication strategies.- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project success.- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication.- Apply Group standards, instructions, and reporting requirements.- Support the development of business requirement statements.- Drive impactful, transformational projects aligned with the companys digitalization journey.Qualification Required:- University degree.- Project Management certification (PMI or PRINCE2 Foundation).- Minimum 5 years proven experience in Project Management.- Hands-on experience with SAP implementation projects.- Strong risk and stakeholder management skills.- Proficiency in management reporting.- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.- High attention to detail and accuracy.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.- Self-sufficient and customer-oriented.- Comfortable working in an international environment.- Committed to applying company values.Additional Details:Remote work options available in line with company policy.
