Job Description

    You will be responsible for developing and implementing responsive web designs using Tailwind CSS, React, and Svelte. Your role will involve collaborating with designers and marketers to create and optimize marketing web pages. Additionally, you will ensure that web pages are optimized for speed, performance, and user experience. Conducting page-wise optimization, including analyzing and improving loading times, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance will be part of your duties. You will also utilize analytics tools to monitor and enhance website performance and implement best practices for web design and development, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices. Writing reusable and maintainable React components, participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and troubleshooting and resolving issues related to website design and functionality are also key responsibilities. Staying updated with the latest web design trends and technologies, particularly in responsive design and CSS frameworks, is essential.Qualifications Required:- Experience: 3 years.- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive web design.- Strong experience with React and building dynamic, component-based user interfaces.- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Segment, Clarity).- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Ability to translate design mockups into high-quality code.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Good-to-Have Skills:- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries beyond React, like Next.js.- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.- Familiarity with SEO best practices.- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.- Basic understanding of server-side languages or frameworks.(Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description),
