Job Description

    We are looking for a skilled and passionate SDE III - Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in building and scaling our B2B KYC platform by developing and enhancing microservices, APIs, and core backend functionalities. If you enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring others, and working in fast-paced environments, wed love to meet you!Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust microservices and backend components for our KYC platform. Create and maintain well-documented APIs and queue contracts for interservice communication. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to implement scalable and maintainable features. Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle: planning, design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation. Guide junior developers on engineering best practices like Test Driven Development (TDD), clean code, and effective debugging. Continuously contribute to team knowledge sharing and upskilling initiatives.Requirements Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field. 6 years of experience in software development, preferably with Node.js or similar technologies. Solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and software design principles. Experience building distributed and highly available systems at scale. Hands-on experience with event-driven platforms using technologies like Kafka, Elasticsearch, Cassandra, etc. Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP. Proficiency in asynchronous programming patterns and performance optimization techniques. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience working in Agile environments.
