This position is for Electrification Plant to be based in Pune/ Chakan.Manage overall supplier system assessment (SSA) and supplier special process module audit for their capability on technology and quality system requirement. Create supplier audit plan and status report.Lead and manage overall supplier capacity audit to meet customer requirement. Create supplier capacity audit plan and status report.Support technical and quality information to Buyer for cost estimation and supplier selection decision.Support in Supplier Technical review , supplier s VA/ VE , Kaizen , Lean.Lead and manage overall supplier s quality system ISO/ TS16949 , 9001 and ISO14001 requirements to meet timing plan. Create ISO/ TS16949 plan and status report weekly.Lead and manage APQP review , PPAP submission review with supplier. Provide PPAP report and any support to resolve roadblock and delay.Follow up the status of Supplier Engineering Change Request / Engineering Deviation Request.Leadership on Chronic supplier/ Remediation supplier improvement by SIP Process.Monitoring supplier performance by monthly in SPFS and set SIP and update by monthly basis in Quality Council Meeting.Implement customer requirement with the supplier such as CQI- 9 , CQI- 11 , CQI- 12 , WCMS , Annual full lay out inspection.Participate in a cross- functional team such as APQP meeting.Develop , support , and maintain DST s Quality System ISO/ TS16949 and ISO14001 requirements.Support the company activities i.e. annual excursion , New Year Party etc.Others as assigned by Regional Supplier Development Manager.Internal auditor on SCMG process practice of SDE. Comply with SCMG policy and procedure.Support Global Business (SSA , Trouble Shooting).Supplier Training comply with Dana Supplier Quality and Development Manual.Job Requirements:Specific skills / Personal attributes:Bachelors degree in Electrical / MechanicalRequire 8- 12 years of relevent work experienceApplicant shall be from OEM Auto / Auto Ancillary (tier 1) / EngineeringProduct/ Process Technology of Electrical and Inverters knowledge of Forging , Machining , and Stamping , will be added advantageSupplier Audit Development according to ISO/ TS 16949Full experienced APQP/ PPAP RequirementCapacity Analysis (Run at Rate)Safe Launch Plan(GP- 12 , Early Containment)Quality Engineering Tool (Pokayoke , Lean , etc.)Good communication skills (spoken written)Familiarity with MS Office , PLM system and SAPDrawing (GDT) , Engineering Specification and Electrical Inspection MethodNegotiable skills and trouble shooting.Experience Requirements: 10+10+Education Requirements: Bachelors DegreeBachelors Degree,
