Job Description

    As a Securities & Derivatives Analyst 2 at Citi, you will be responsible for processing orders and transactions, facilitating the clearance and settlement of client securities and derivatives transactions. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:- Process securities transactions, provide analytic input for traders, and assist in reviewing derivative products- Identify and resolve securities and derivative settlement issues, making process improvement recommendations to leadership- Analyze moderately complex reports to meet management requirements, aid in control activities, and contribute to product service launches- Monitor and propose solutions to minimize risks, with an intermediate knowledge of procedural requirements- Escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on solutions- Design and analyze moderately complex reports in coordination with direct leaderships standards- Assist with control activities, new product launches, and ensure adherence to audit and control policiesTo qualify for this role, you should have:- 0-2 years of relevant experience- Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies- Proven ability to handle various concurrent activities in a high-risk environment- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting- Demonstrated knowledge of macrosEducation:- Bachelors Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or FinancePlease note that this job description offers a general overview of the roles responsibilities.
