Job Description

    Conduct Market Research to clearly understand the available opportunities and identify Gaps in the current Coating segment business of ( Pipe Line/Defence Coatings) Develop and implement the strategy to grow the coating category of the business ( Products, GTM, Pricing, Specifications, Team etc) Specifying our specification && make in tenders. Personal visits to site, meeting with the concerned Government officials and ensuring the right products are specified and installed as per specifications. Closely work with the Zonal Teams and Generate enquiries in the coating business. Making presentation, proposals, budgetary quotes for Coating business. Co-ordination with Specifiers/Consultants/ contractors for current && future orders including payment collection from contractors Develop Applicators/Partners and train them to install products ensuring the best practices. Co-ordination with SCM, production, QC, R & D, Inspection agency (RITES), Third party Testing Agency for tendering and execution Trouble shooting related to system, specification, product, execution, queries of user Payment, measurements, billing, stock in case of project, revenue, and follow-up for smooth operations
