Job Description

    Executes day to day processing of accounting transactions within definedstandard operating procedures with a purpose of achieving servicedelivery goals for the organisation and providing first level supportfor both technical and functional issues raised by end users. Is aSubject Matter Expert in accounting or business transactions in aspecific area of operations.Prepares monthly reports and analysis and participates in implementationtowards new system functionalities.Strong audit handling experienceFor technical issues, investigates and raises technicalincidents/Performs root cause for technical incidents.Perform accounting transactions pertaining to costs, revenue, financialitems, financial housekeeping, settlements, claims and recovery,reconciliations as per SLA.Suggest improvements and provides data for decision making.Provides support to other team members, ensures training of staff and isa goto person for functional issues.Acts as a super user ensuring a degree. of governance and compliance,
